Last week, just in time for Mother’s Day, we had the pleasure of being involved in the Royal Randwick Hospital Foundation’s inaugural fundraising stall, which sold cards, flowers and our signature lamingtons to raised funds for their ongoing work with women.
To celebrate the theme, we decided to create a special PINK lamington – well, 300 of them to be precise – and they sold like the proverbial hot cakes!
