We don’t take our responsibility as the bakers of Sydney’s best pies lightly. With great power, comes great responsibility, and we’ve sworn to never let you down when it comes to the delicious, classically Australian hand-held feast that IS the pie!
So, we’re on a never-ending quest to improve on our existing collection of pie flavours, to keep our pastry chefs on their toes, and your tastebuds jumping. Once we cracked the code for the perfect pie pastry (try saying that three times fast!) we’ve stuck with it… after all, why mess with the classic combination of a flaky, light-weight lid and sturdy – but never too thick – base? Instead, we get creative with our world flavour inspired fillings, which we make from scratch using premium, locally sourced ingredients and nothing dubious or unpronounceable.
So take a trip around the world with us to France, via our Chicken Fricassee pie, or to the beautiful Med for our Meditteranean Roasted Vegetable pie (also available in GF). Kick back at home with our original Oz Premium Beef, or enjoy UK favourite, the classic Shepherd’s pie with a creamy potato mash topping.
