Our traditional Anzac’s (which some describe as Sydney’s best Anzac biscuits!) were originally developed to raise funds for Legacy Sydney, ahead of Anzac Day 2016. They proved so popular that we’ve continued making them ever since, selling them in our two bakery cafe’s to the appreciation of our customers there.
They follow a simple, old-fashioned recipe which we’ve only tweaked with the addition of a little cinnamon, and by making them slightly bigger than usual. We think the result is delicious but don’t believe us – try it for yourself!
