Croissant Rhubarb, Pear & Pistachio
We call it ‘The Stach’… a classic butter croissant stuffed with stewed pear and rhubarb and topped with chopped pistachios. Unbelievably delicious!
Croissant – wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, salt, improver.
Filling/Topping – stewed pear and rhubarb, crushed pistachios, almond paste (butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, almond meal, cornflour), sugar syrup.
