Undercover Farmers Markets

Undercover Farmers Markets

The weather outside is frightful, but in here it’s SO delightful… in here at the undercover farmer’s market that is!  Don’t stay cooped up in the house all day when it’s dreary outside.  Come to one of Sydney’s great undercover farmer’s markets and buy some fresh baked goodies to warm you up – there’s nothing like a piping hot pie and a strong takeaway coffee to defrost you on a brisk Autumn day.

You can get your Shepherd’s fix at any of these undercover farmers markets this weekend:

  • Eveleigh Farmers Market – The big daddy of undercover growers markets.  There’s even seating, an ATM and often an exhibition on at the adjacent Carriageworks.  What more could you want for a Saturday morning?
  • Newcastle City Market – If you’re up north, this is the place to go on Sunday to shop till you drop and stay (mostly) out of the rain.
  • Warwick Farm Trackside Markets – A great all-weather destination if you’re located west or southwest of Sydney, and open bright and early on Saturdays (from 8am).
