Located near Coles in the food precinct, Shepherd’s Artisan Bakehouse is a sleek, stylish new bakery cafe bringing handmade sourdough, to-die-for sweets and a fresh twist on Banh Mi to Ed. Square Town Centre. With our famous range of sourdough on offer, plus croissants, gourmet pies, tarts, GF food and savoury lunch options – we know our Ed. Square cafe will become your favourite pit stop for any retail therapy session. And of course, you can pick up a delicious coffee from our coffee partners Seven Miles Roasting while you’re there!
Husband and wife duo Anthony and Lolita are local business people raised in the neighborhood and immersed in the community. After identifying a gap in Ed. Square’s offering (i.e. no bakery!) they decided to fill that void by partnering with Shepherd’s to bring fresh bread and other sweet & savoury artisan products to the Town Centre.
