Simply follow our easy guide for tips on the yummiest inclusions along with advice on how to style your seasonal grazing platter, and you’ll all be sitting down to a stunning brunch in no time. You’ll need a couple of large wooden boards or ceramic platters, and some little bowls for condiments and sauces. Aside from that, all you have to think about is the drinks!
Shepherd’s Delicious Winter Grazing Platter Must Haves:
FRITTATA: The newest addition to our range of handmade baked goodies is our warm, wholesome and scrumptious Frittata’s, available in Baconm Cheese & Chilli and Zucchini & Cheese. We recommend ordering both flavours, to easily cover any vegetarian guests, and to serve alongside tiny bowls of your favourite chutney for dipping. Our Frittata’s are a great all-rounder and pair well with a light green salad. Being Italian-inspired, a rocket and pear salad like this one would be perfect! They also make a brilliant lunchbox edition, or light dinner.
CROISSANTS: Every brunch needs croissants, and we have to say, ours are among Sydney’s finest! Head in store to select single croissant flavours, or order in boxes of 4 online. We suggest slicing our filled croissants – Apple & Walnut, Nutella, Vegan Raspberry and White Chocolate and Pear, Pistachio and Rhubarb – in thirds diagonally, and placing on a large platter or board. Scatter over fresh berries and dust with icing sugar for a professional finish. For plain croissants, freshen up in the oven and slice in half, serving with spreads such as gourmet jam, honey and sweet nut butters like Almond and Cashew.

SAUSAGE ROLLS: Our sausage rolls are to-die-for – but don’t take our word for it. Recently named by Urban List as one of Sydney’s best, our sausage rolls – which are also available in Vegetarian-friendly Spinach & Cheese, and Mushroom & Cheese – are perfect for a brunch spread. We suggest slicing them diagonally in halves or thirds, and serving with little bowls of (you guessed it) good old-fashioned tomato sauce! The one alternative to this is our Lamb & Harissa Moroccan-inspired roll, which is delicious served with Greek yogurt with a swirl of chilli sauce. Mmmmmm.
