Teff, Spelt & Pumpkin Seed Sourdough
Our newest sourdough is enriched with ‘super’ grain Teff: an ancient East African grain which contains incredibly high levels of protein, calcium, iron and soluble fibre.
It is made with a mixture of spelt and wholemeal flours, cold fermented for over 24 hours and topped with a generous sprinkling of teff seeds.
Delicious, nutty and as healthy as bread gets!
