Pasty (Pie) Beef Curry with Yoghurt
The latest of our hand-crimped rustic pies from the kitchen of our Head Chef, Martin – the deliciously spicy and soul-warming Beef Curry Pie. Bronze medal winner in the Great Aussie Pie Comp ‘Gourmet Red Meat’ Section, 2017.
A rich, flavoursome curry sauce is thickened with lentils and studded with chunks of premium Australian diced beef. Natural yoghurt and tomatoes add a tangy quality and a sprinkle of turmeric on top completes the flavour profile.
Delicious on it’s own, or serve with green beans, more yoghurt and a sprinkle of fresh coriander for a hearty meal.
