Hot Cross Bun – Salted Caramel
Gooey, fluffy, sweet AND salty in the same mouthful – our Salted Caramel Hot Cross Buns were introduced for a limited time only in 2016, but are back due to popular demand in 2017!
Our traditional Hot Cross Bun recipe is brought right up to date with the addition of chunks of salted caramel fudge and a caramel piped cross on top. Big, soft and generously studded with jumbo raisins as well, these are a hot contender for the title of Sydney’s best Hot Cross Bun!
Only available during the Easter season (mid Feb – Mid April 2017), while stocks last.
