Our most indulgent, delicious and photogenic dessert to date, Shepherd’s Nutella Brioche Bombs are guaranteed to be a big hit with chocaholics, dessert-lovers, Instagrammers and just about anyone who is lucky enough to get their hands on one.

We take a soft, fluffy and light ball of brioche dough, bake it in the oven (yes they’re baked, not fried!) then fill it with whipped Nutella.

Our Nutella Brioche Bombs are then generously dusted with icing sugar and a fresh salted pretzel is pressed into the top.

The combination of nutty, decadent chocolate filling, light fluffy doughnutty shell and salty, crunchy pretzel will blow you away!

Available now in our bakery cafes and perfect with a cup of our new house-blend coffee from Mutch & Moore.

Brioche Base: White flour, yeast, sugar, butter, egg, water, milk, almond meal, corn flour.

Filling: Nutella

Topping: Salted pretzel, icing sugar
