Our most indulgent, delicious and photogenic dessert to date, Shepherd’s Vanilla Bean Custard Brioche Bombs are guaranteed to be a big hit with doughnut-lovers, vanilla-bean aficionados, Instagrammers and just about anyone who is lucky enough to get their hands on one.

We take a soft, fluffy and light ball of brioche dough, bake it in the oven (yes they’re baked, not fried!) then fill it with housemade custard flavoured with scraped vanilla beans.

Our Vanilla Bean Custard Brioche Bombs are then generously dusted with icing sugar and a wickedly dark chocolate shard is pressed into the top.

The combination of vanilla-bean scented custardy filling, light fluffy doughnutty shell and crisp, slightly bitter dark chocolate will blow you away!

Brioche Base: White flour, yeast, sugar, butter, egg, water, milk, almond meal, corn flour.

Filling: Custard – vanilla bean, thickened cream, sugar, egg, cornflour, water.

Topping: Icing sugar, cinnamon, chocolate stick
